Topic: Rough construction estimation

Hi,
I own a house in Warangal, A.P. The ground floor is already built, and the first floor and second floor are having concrete slabs and the total construction area will be around 3000 sq.ft.
I would like to know what could be the rough cost for the constrction.
Here are the details:
Ist floor slab area - 2000 sq.ft (including veranda, and steps)
IInd flloor slab area- 1000 sq.ft (including veranda, and steps)

- The concrete slabs are already done, stair cases are done.
- I will be planning for 2- 2BHK in first floor, and 1 - 2BHK in second floor.
- I can go with medium quality fittings for sanitary
- I will go for medium quality electrical/paintings
- Door frames will be taekwood, shutters are plywood.
- Vitrified tiles
