As per Vastu shastra Norms weight on the west and south side should be more as compared to North and East. Same applies to height also. In your case North is loaded with Stair case and above that you should be having a tower above the stair case with a water tank above it.

So Naturally North has become loaded and higher than south. Best natural remidy in this case would be to build a additional room in the SW corner of the terrace. So that means you are automatically loading the south zone of your house and making it higher. Do let me know if this solves your query.
