|  Topic: Sample layout for building flats on my plot, and rough cost estimate
Hi,
Firstly I wanna thank you people for this great job. I was searching someone dependable for this purpose. I was searching help of professional experts.
Here I am asking only those things which u people advise for free, as i read other threads..
Kindly see my questions patiently and answer every query, then contact me and suggest how and at which steps I could avail your paid services.
Details:-
My plot is 40 x 270. Here 40 is width which faces road and 270 is depth.
I want to construct flats on it, 700 to 1000sq feet area per flat.
queries:-
1. Is it possible, if yes how many flats can be made?. And I want a healthy and airy atmosphere with proper ventilation all around. How the plotting will be done for towers.
2. What would be my per square feet cost including everything like arch., approvals.
3. What approvals are required and how many floors can i raise.
4. Will Gharexpert construct it for me, in varanasi or will I get full support.
5. I have seen big bolders to be used as bricks in buildings in jodhpur rajesthan. They do not use bricks, but big bolders. What are its advantages and de-merits. Is it costly or cheaper (in varanasi)
6. I want to divide the construction work in 3 parts. Like phase 1,2,3 . Wanna complete one phase first, then other.
How to proceed? With what budget? What are legal requirements for selling those flats? Will your team help me with all these arrangements.
7 How will I divide my plot 40x270 for building towers?. From where will be the path to last corner of plot
Kindly revert me after replying these queries and suggesting a layout. You provide different layouts on ur site but i could not find something suitable for my need.
After some brain storming, I made a rough layout and am attaching the pik here, but pls do not take it as a decision. Suggest something better.
