Topic: Secondary Toilet in South West

Hi All,

We are planning to buy a house in UK and have figured out that following are the vastu defects that needs addressing.

1. Secondary toilet in south west corner of ground floor. This is a small toilet with only Comode and Sink. we are not going to use this daily but mainly by visitors which is only during weekends. Visitors/friends usually stay for 1-2 hours on weekends. They could be used by my parents when they visit us in UK, My parents usually with us for around 3 months every year.

2. Rainwater drain is in the south west corner.

3. Kitchen is in Eastern Part but while cooking we have to face North. so I'm planing to create a small cooking place in south east side where only toaster, rice cooker and kettle will be kept. Will this balance the defect of facing North while cooking?

The main toilet that we would use everyday is in first floor. floor plan attached. Please suggest remedies. No matter how hard we search, it is difficult to get Vastu complaint homes abroad. So only remedies will help as modifications might cancel the builders warranty of 10years for the construction.
