We are planning to buy a shop that has a well below it. Experience of all earlier shop owners is the shop at that particular location is not doing well, whereas all other shops in the vicinity are flourishing.
Someone said that the shop over the well will be good only for origional owners of the property. We have been staying in that place for generations even before the shops were constructed. Hence we are the origional owners, and shop over the well will do good for us.

In which direction is the well situated. Incase it is in the South , Southwest, Southest , center then even if you are the owner your business will not flourish. Itwould be a better idea to close the well and then re construct the building
