Space below the stairs

Hi,

I have stair case in living room. My question is about the space below these stair case.

There is a space of 7 stairs (space below stair case - facing East) facing living room. I was thinking to utilize this for aquarium and storage as below....

1. From ground level, first two steps space - box for storage

2. On top of the this box - another three steps space - for aquarium

3. Remaining steps a box sort of things - used for moving things in/out of aquarium.

Will this be as per Vaasthu? Mainly placing aquarium below stair case?
