 Topic: Specification for house construction
Hi Experts,
    I am going to construct a house of 2000 sq.ft in Coimbatore,Tamil nadu.
One of a civil engineer I have discussed sent me the attached specifications.

He is charging 1450 per sq.ft. Please take a look at the doc and advise me if the specifications is right for the above cost.

If you have detail estimate with your engineer specification than there is clear picture with you about quantity of materiel rates and cost for which you have better dealing and management.
