Suggest any builder who can build independent house in Chennai at

Hi friends,

I am looking to build a 1700 sqft single-storey house near Chingleput. Do you know of any reliable bulder who can construct the house for me at less than Rs 1100 per sqft, but at the same time, not compromise on quality? Please do let me know at sundar1811 at yahoo dot com.

Also, what will be the pureplay labout cost per sqft for house construction should I want to purchase and provide all material (thus decide what quality and brand of material to go for) and give the contract only on labour basis to a contractor? I mean here fixed labout contract for entire house rather than on a per day basis(which can easily be inflated by the contractor).
