 Topic: Super Structure construction
Hello.....I liked your website its just amazing...I am here to ask you a question in your estimator,I have a 2700sft plot and what to know the price for superstructure  so i got to estimator and find out tha price...whether the price is for ground floor only or for both ground and first floor.....tell me i got 11 lakh as for structure but does not know whether this price is for both floors or only for ground floor

      You have written 2700 sft area plot, but cost of building is calculated on the basis of built area. Write built up area for cost.

         The cost of construction depends on plan of the house and specification used during construction. However general cost is Rs 800-00 to Rs 1000-00 per sft.
