 Topic: Tiles Vs Plaster on outer wall
Hi 
I want to know what is the difference between using plaster in the outer wall or using tiles. How they get affected by weather ? And what is the cost wise difference.

        Any kind of tiles when fixed on the outer wall have more life than plaster work. The weather effect is less on tiles than plaster. The cost of plaster is almost same as the mortar applied for fixing the tiles. Tiles cost is extra as per their type of tiles selection.

What is the percentage of cost of foundation with respect to total cost of construction on a arbitrary

             The cost of foundation depends upon the design of foundation, where hard soil exist than there is less expenditure on foundation than the soft soil. In general foundation cost is 8 to 12% depends on specification and design.
