 Topic: Usage of M-Sand in Bangalore
Dear Sir,

I am constructing a house in Bangalore and the sand price seems to be shooting up. My engineer and architect both suggested to use M-Sand (manufactured sand) which they say has been certified by lot of structural engineers.

Can you please guide me and let me know if I can really use it?

The pending works are:
- first floor brick work (wall)
- first floor roof
- plastering (my engineer doesn't want M-Sand for plastering)
- compound wall
etc.
