Hello Subbu,
Can you help with the layout of your new plot that you are planning to buy?. Also pls consider the slopes, roads, buildings around this plot, surroundings, road hittings, Municipal drainage chambers/manholes temples, Wells, Bore wells, in adjoining plots before making a decision to buy a plot.
Doing remidies after buying the plot and considering the above factors before buying a plot there is a huge difference in that.
