IT is a good and knowledgeable article. we have excavated our built house to make a basement on the north east corner of our house. we are using it as a store/godown. Over that we have made our office. please suggest me some tips in order to increase our productivity and income through our office. Kindly avoid describing anything negative as it would not be possible for us to change the basic structure. and if there is some problem in all this please tell the remedy. thanks. | | |

In my house, having road in North and West, entrance facing North, which is under construction with structure already complete, I've a 8 ft. high basement consisting of 2 rooms which is 3 ft. below the road. One in NE direction below the living and other in SE direction under d kitchen. I have now read that having a basement beneath d kitchen is not good. With scarcity of space, my heart breaks thinking of filling the entire room with earth. Was wondering if 1) I should fill in the eastern and southern portion of the room in SE direction and leave the other portion in the NW and use it as a storeroon. This room is accessed from the NE room of basement. 2) Is the NE room in basement okay if it is accessed from the northern side from the garden. The basement has no access from the house but only from externally. Wish to use it as a games room. Please help me. | | |
