Yes Param this is a big problem for house wives. I think your servant is staying in northwest direction of house. Southwest and northwest room should not be used by servant. If servant is staying in southwest room he/she will rule on house and if servant is staying in northwest room he/she will not stay long in house.

I will try this for sure....either my servants don't last long or they rule the house......
Will now try this arrangement. If my understanding is correct...servants should either be in the South East or North East. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi, I don't have servants so I have no idea if room sharing would be ideal, however my little girl doesn't even like anyone sharing her room. She throws tantrums if mummy or daddy stay too long after reading the bedtime story.
I imagine that these drama queen tantrum throwing servants are just the same, perhaps they need their own room. My mum would not want servants sharing her bedroom even though is Ok sharing their company in the day time.
Also try a happy greeting everytime you see them.

Either you should give separate room to the servants or allot unshared room such as lobby, living, Dining or drawing room. It makes them happier and they would not run away early from your home. They also want some privacy so let them give some space to breathe.
Okay. Try it. There is no role of vastu in the problem you are facing. Just allot separate room and be happy | | |

I think you should give separate room to your servants. Either allot separate room or allot any other unshared room such as living/lobby/dining/ drawing.
It makes them happier. They also need space to breathe. So give some freedom while sleeping.
Okay.. Just try it.. There is no role for vastu in this problem.

Actually it’s becomes an normal problem for every house. Anyways according to vastu south-east or north-west direction is best for servant’s room for long stay. But load on the north and east walls should be kept at a minimum. And according To vastu this direction makes them happy..
