We have kitchen at west side (at first floor) and plateform is at North west corner. My wife faces towards west while cooking.
Further, we have toilet at west side (just below the kitchen) and commode is at south west corner.
Kindly advice about the harms and remedy.
Thanks
Hello Sumit,
First of all do not panic when some one says that toilet in south west is not allowed in Vastu shastra. In olden days when Toilets were always out side the house. And there was no drainage system to take the waste out of the toilet, hence there were cavities dug in the ground for absorbing the waste matter.
South west zone is represented by Earth element, that is solid ness, firmness, load etc. So Cavity in this zone forms a hollow effect on this zone and hence the disturbed earth element disturbs the energies in this zone. That is the reason toilets were not allowed in SW zone of the Vastu. Severity of south west fault depends on multiple factors. So do not panic by one single item.
Also as per Manasara (Great Vastu Epic) the lord of this zone is Guru (Jupiter) representing heavy ness and as per astrology lord of this zone is Rahu. Hence Dosha in this zone needs to be handled with care.
The only remdidy for any sort of cavity in this zone is to fill it up with firm sand, stones etc,
In your case if it is a bunglow and if you are willing to share your plan, I can guide you further on this issue.
Regards.
