WARDROBE COST AT MADURAI TAMILNADU

I enclosed my house plan.. my house is two bedroom set. i wanted to make wardrobe in the bedroom..

Size 1 bedroom : 11 feet Width x 11 feet Height x 1.5 feet Depth 

     5 Shutters (2'+2' +3' +2' +2') centre with Dressing glass

Size 2 bedroom :  12 feet Width x 11 feet Height x 1.5 feet Depth 

     5 Shutters (2'+2' +4' +2' +2') centre with Dressing glass

My Contractor says both will have a cost of Rs.2,50,000 approximately.

He said he is going to use MDF Board; I had checked Madurai MDF Board rate cost comes around Plain Rs.42 Sq Ft, OSL Rs.48 Sq Ft, Rs.50 Sq Ft

Labour cost comes around Rs.150 Sq ft (Average)

I wanted to work out what will be the tentative cost for this job.

to me if i provide the materials it looks cheaper, i have decided to procure and provide the MDF Boards to the carpenter for the labour work

could anyone to calculate the total Sq ft of MDF Boards Material for the above mentioned sizes wardrobe each separately, so that I can workout the material cost.

Anyhow I am going to do the wooden paint on the wardrobe, will it be ok if taking the plain MDF Board rather than going BSL and OSL

Also could you suggest rough additional percentage to consider other wastages, small channels and accessories.

The contractor Indicated Rs.150/ Sq ft is reasonable ?

Any other suggestion also welcome..
