 Topic: Want approximate cost in building a Marriage Hall of 5000sqft in Vellore District
Hello Sir,
I am looking for an approximate cost of building a Marriage Hall in Vellore District. I have a land for 30,000 sqft and want to build 100X50 Marriage Hall on First floor with a dining hall on the ground floor. Also need around 12 guest rooms. If you could give me an approximate cost required for this plan, it would be great for me to decide whether it is affordable for me or not.
I am ok to have a Steel truss+sheet for the top with interior false ceiling. Please let me know.

           The cost is related to plan of building and specification used during construction.
You can use Estimator for calculating the approximate cost.
General case it bay be Rs 800-00 to Rs 1000-00 per sft.
