Join date: Mar 2008 | Dear Kiran For limited budget house you should concentrate on the specification used during construction. 1 use hard wood door and window frame and shutter. If you used Ms angle frame for door and windows than it is most economical than hard wood. 2. Lay cement concrete floor. 3. use moderate electrical and sanitary fittings.
