All Emulsion paints are washable, durable, and more scrub resistant and also possess anti-fungal properties. Most of washable paints brands available in market are non-toxic. All the branded Emulsion has a unique Stain Guard feature. They have the ability to withstand as well as remove most of the usual household stains.
So I will suggest you to go for washable paints of good brand available near you.

Every brand has its own unique values, just try to read leaflet of brands available in your local market and choose best quality ISI marked brand which also suits your budget.
