 Topic: Water Tank Idea
I have an idea and I want to know if it practical and economical.

I want to make a watertank above mumty(Covering for staircase). Roughly imagine this water tank as a rooftop swiming pool*. My questions are:
Is it possible?
Will it have maintainance problems leaking/seapage etc?
Is it economical compared to plastic tanks?

*I am attaching a rough drawing for a rough idea of my idea. :)

     You can make the tank on mumty roof.Keep leak  proof measure during construction.
