Topic: Why are there hairline cracks in reinforced concrete beam and brickworks in my new 3 story building?

In our new three story building,  there are one 15-feet width beam in ground floor and two 15-feet width beams in first floor, Other beams width are smaller than 12 feet.

I found a hairline crack in all 15 feet width beams. This beam size is 9 inch x 12 inch

I checked the reinforcement steal size in the design, it has two 16mm bar in the top, two 12mm bar in the middle, and (two 16mm + one 12mm) bars in the bottom

Also, I found there were many hairline cracks on the brickwork and in the joint of brickwork and column

What is the reason for this crack? How can I fix it? Could you please help me

I have attached  important plan pages and a sample crack

Post subject: cracks in concrete

Dear, one of the reason is that the beam has big span and may be overloaded, secondly cover to steel of beam is not properly given.
IF beam is showing the signs of bending provide suppoert of steel column at the center of beam.
If cracks are small break the the old cracked concrete step by step and fill the damaged concrte by using new conctre with epoxy chemical of Dr. Fixit
thanks
