Sump in the NE is actually prohibited. If you can move the sump towards NNW it would do wonders. Having a drawing room in the NE is okay

thank you for the advice.but as my site is very small 730 Sq Ft. their is Staircase on that side.so thier is no space left for any thing as u can see it is a small site.so kindly advice if the drawing room can be constructed on this sump .

Hello,
I'm planning to dig a sump in my living room and my house and my house is Ground+1+1 actually, which has 4 and 1/2 foot couse foundation of 9ft.
Needs some advise and tips for digging / constructing sump in my living room. There is one sump for 2000 liters outside of the house just attached to the building wall to the NE corner of the house.
Is it a good idea to construct a sump in my living room. Would that affect the building foundation? Any other things to consider please?
