Is it a good idea to construct basement in India? I would think flooded basement would be common in India (with the amount of rainfall India gets). Will the foundation hold?(due to shifting ground)
In Gujarat, I have rarely seen people constructing basement in their house. I have heard person making a wonderful house with basement type parking. Only to see it flooded during rainy season. Now he is trying to sell the the house. | | |
