I recently saw a house, it was quite big and lots of air around...
however, in the bedroom gallery, there is a growth of a small banyan and peepal tree from the floor... just adjacent to the gallery boundary wall. the house is locked since 1997, so from somewhere a seed might have been dropped and it has now gone inside the flooring.
I liked the house a lot, but i am little worried about this growth of these plants.
a. It will weaken my gallery structure
b. From Vastu view point, i want to know whether it is auspicious to have these plants in the house gallery.
My gallery is facing eastwards, and so is the plant.
Please help whether i should go in for this house or not, as I liked it a lot but having second thoughts due to the small tree growth within my gallery.
Big trees like Pipal/Banyan in the East are not advisable in vastu. In case you wish to go for the house you will have to get the trees removed.

Defenitely Long root trees are harmfool for building foundations. As per vastu It is not advisable in any wall. Before going into any deal take proper valuation from a competent engineer. However so many other points also may be considered.
