| Topic: build vs. buy
We are looking for pros and cons of building our own home vs. buying one in Pune. We are 2/3 friends together who would like to explore this option in Pune, Pimple Saudagar/Baner area.
We are looking for 2000 sq.ft of construction for each..
Also, please let us know, at which all stages GharExpert can help us in both the options.
Let us know if you need any other information to help us provide some eye openers.
Thank you

My suggestion is to buy a home if you are working. If you want to build a dream home with strong foundation, proper ventilation, modern interior and everything according to your requirement then go for house construction. Building a house needs your time for hiring architect, contractor, plumber, electrician etc. | |
