 Topic: buying new apartment

hai,

    we (family of 4 with 2 kids) r taking a new apartment in the top most floor of the building.Is it recommendable???what r advantages and disadvantages living in the topmost floor of an apartment??pls help me decide over...

its a very good decision 
you will have a beautiful view of the city
there will be no one on the top of u to disturb you .
you can freely utilize the terrace also.

the necessary things to be taken into account while taking an topmost floor are 
1) proper lift facility a minimum of two elevators should be there and also they should be equipped  with generator back up.
2) false ceiling is a must in all the living rooms so as to have a comfortable living in summer season.

if any of the above two things is not fulfilled to 100% satisfaction pls don't think of the topmost floor.
