sir mere plot ki size 13'x30' he me is plot par multistory bulding banana 
chatah hu kya app mujhe bta sakte he ki mujhe apne plot ke hisab se 
colounm,slab, beam me kitne mm ki steel bar use karni chiye

           The design of R C C columns,  footing, beams and slab is designed according to load bear by them taking factor of safety from earth quack, bearing capacity of soil Span of column, length of beam etc in consideration. For basement and other 5 floors or  stories it is better to take design from structural engineer. When you are spending billion of rupees than do not take risk for design to spent a nominal expenditure. design can save your money at long run and a tentative design we offenly  use more steel than require and some time it is dangerous..
