construction estimate

(need just a basic idea.)we need  to construct 

-two bedrooms (normal size like 12X11 or 10), a small siting area/living room (10X10 maybe), a kitchen cum dining space(should be spacious enough), two toilets(bathroom - small but enough), a porch on the ground floor. 

-two bedrooms (normal size like 12X11 and 13X12(master bedroom)), a music/TV room(bit long length wise) two bathrooms, one large balcony. 

-and a simple small servant room. stairs will come from within the house but a separate entry would be there on the ground floor for one room. kitchen will be mid range modular but simple. electric n plumbing will be of very good quality. RCC framed, water proofing, porch will be covered with slope of tali etc. can you provide approx. square foot of the house and the current cost like to be incurred in building this house in dehradun. land is already purchased.
