 Topic: construction of new house on a two side open plot
Sir, I am having a plot size of 30ft X 75ft in HUDA sector at Faridabad, now I would like to construct a house as per HUDA norms ( which allows me a FAR of 1.6x), I need your advice on which type of construction will be economical a   Basement + ground +1st fllor type or a ground +1st +2nd type.

         In economic point of view the basement type construction is economical than your 2nd option.
