|  Topic: cost of RCC for 1000 sft
We have used 1.75t steel and 80 bags of cement. Shuttering vendor was paid 45000. What should be total cost of slab (5 inch )for 1000 sft ( 12 cloumn and beam structure) please advise |

The cost of RCC is differ from place to place according to Raw material cost at a particular place.
However in general rates the rates of RCC is Rs 200-00 per cft.This includes cost of cement, sand , bazri, labor of laying concrete, shuttering cost with labor and machinery charges.The cost of steel bars is extra.
Now you can calculate the quantity as 1000x5/12= 416.6 cft add for beam and coluns as per actual at your house.

Thanks for the quick response. That means, If we add the cost of steel bars (1750 @ the rate 44 ) we get the exact amount. Since we have used 80 bags of cement (@ the rate 324 per bag) Actual amount is as follows steel bars = 77000 cement = 25920 centering = 45000 steel bars work= 27500 one truck load of sand is 25000 ( I don't know the quantity used for roof) . Only cost of bazri and labor of laying concrete is missing. Actual area is 1100. What will be total cost ( approximately).
From your suggestion ( 200 x 1100 + 77000 for steel bars = 2.97 lac).

You did not follow my point If you have 1100 sft area and thickness of slab is 5'' than the quantity of RCC = 1100x5/12 =458.3 cft @ 200-00 cft= Rs 91660-00 approximately.It does not include the quantity of beam and columns.

If I add the cost of steel to 91660, will I get the final amount (approximately). Thanks a lot for the help provided. You are really serving the community.
