|  Topic: cost for construction for a new home
Dear sir,
My self sapan giri. I have planed to build a home at
balesore,orissa, India in a area of 1200 sqft only ground floor with
three bedroom,common hall,comon kitchen,comon batroom,common toilet,one
puja room.
Plot size is square up to size 50*50 sqft.
Can you help me about drawing and cost calculation with column & rcc means full work up to finished.
what will be the construction cost per sqft.
