Topic: cost estimate for new commercial complex

I want to build a new commercial complex with basement tgat can be used as parking or commercial purpose bothways.

I am a service class person so doing a pre estimation is good.

So please help me in giving costing rates and ur helpfull suggestion.

My area is 40ft ×60ft
