Dear Sir.

First of all ,Thanks for construct this type of sites.

i have a land and i wants to start construction on that land size is 1300 sqft.

please help me with your Estimate.

i wants to know , what is the estimated approx cost of best foundation for G+3,G+4 and Pilers on that and best RCC for 1300 Sq feet as cost per sqft.

JAI PRAKASH Join date: May 2014	It will cost you around 16 lac's per floor in good material all inclusive with material.

S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Manish The proper way is 1. prepare the plan of the house. 2. You should than arrange structure design as per your requirement G+3 or G+4. 3For cost if you want detail estimate than contact at support@gharexpert.com for accurate expenditure and quantity required to complete the work. How ever with best specification and G+4 foundation approximate cost will be more than 16 lacs.
