sir s kidly observe the plan iam builinging a dupex in 2100sq foot area without balcony.in this plan balcony is included and the builder is charging me 14 lacs more at rate of 1390 per sft.his he justified if nut kindly guide me and suggest me how to negociate

      Your query is not cleara
         The rates are finalized at the time of agreement making and this is done at the  time of  starting the construction work.If any change made during construction it should be finalized before starting the items.
       Take local help from any architect or other builders. In my opinion local help is very valuable to you.
