 Topic: design for south facing
Iam planning to buy a south facing plot. Road facing 28 feet and dept is 100 feet.

If i construct as per rules leaving, iam left with 22 feet south road facing with depth of 90 feet.  Please inform, can i construct a 3 bhk house as per vaastu  in first floor leaving the ground for parking.
