Hi there.
Thanks. with your helping advise, i got my 2 story superstructure and inside plaster in 65 days. Now internal plaster is almost done, electrical fittings, holes, boxes, wire n sanitary done.
Outside plaster will happen to start in next 3 days.
To save time but not compromise with strength n quality, i have a question.
1. Opt 1
Now as outside plaster will take time, i wanted to get inside work somehow start. I finalize False Ceiling and POP worker, but someone told me dont start it, as outside wall and inside first floor walls will be watered a lot (cured) and false ceiling/pop will have issues. Can he just make designs and frame, and do pop later ? or everything later ?
2. Opt 2
I finalized a Stone / Tile worker,i am going for bhaswara marble throughout, and 2 rooms with action tesa wc4 flooring. But in between someone told me as outside plaster will happen, they will pake para/pada and make holes by removing bricks and if it falls inside it can break the marble, so dont start it.
So both options , people say some problem or other.
Can i start anywork side by side to outside plaster ???? Apart than the saptic, water tanks.
PLEASE HELP, I WANT TO SAVE 20 DAYS.
And when shall i start getting modular kitchen and wardrobes work, which will be done at a hall in my old house, near new house location. Means carpenter will cut , laminate etc at old house, and assemble later at new house.
