 Topic: hi,i have a basic drawing but not structural drawing and electricity and plumbin
hi,i have a basic drawing but not structural drawing and electricity and plumbing drawing, are these drawings necessary or can be avoided. i also want to know that if i get these drawing and do not hire architect then would contractor be able to understand it? reply soon.

Dear Ashu

           It is necessory to have  all the drawings but if you have not the structural drawing than contractor take the structure part by hit and trial method. Secondly if you all the drawings than contractor or forman at site can read the drawing and do the work accordingly.
