Sir,
We two friends purchased  one 40 X 60 south facing plot & wanted to built 2 seperate houses of 2 BHK (ground floor only) as per vastu & car parking for both.
Pls suggest any suitable plan considering vastu & approach  for front road to both.

Please check the plans updated on the website or contact the team for a customized plan. 
Please leave some space in front and back yard to avoid any ventilation issues.
you have sufficient space for the same.
