I have plot (East to West)-59 feet, North to South- 37 feet
North Side I have 15feet road
East Side I have 8 feet road
I am planning to construct three bed room house (with three attached bathrooms), One pooja room beside Kitchen, dinning and drawing. Can anyone send me a good plan and also please educate me how much space I have to leave all around, and how many balcony I can have. (everything as per vastu)

Hi..Only a plan is never sufficient for building a house.. many contravtors does it but they are nt creative enough to design an inch of a space... u need full set of drawings i.e all floor plans. elevations, sections, electrical plan, plumbing plan, flooring plan , false ceiling plan, staircase detail, railing detail. door windows detail, boundary wall detail, gate design ,landscape plan etc etc...... If you wish to spend good amount of money on constructing your house then there is no harm spending 1% of your cost on hiring an architect.atleast your house will come out to be a tasteful one.
