i am planning to build a guest house with small rooms with toilet bathroom inside, can you give me some suggestions on room size and cost, my Plot is 500sqmts in Goa

         For drawing contact any architect and the cost is depends upon the drawing and specification used during construction. However general cost is from Rs 1200-00 to 1500-00 per sqfeet.
