i have a plot with an area of 300 sq.yards .The dimentions are 45(east)*60 ft.I want to built a Duplex house with plinth area of around 2500 to 3000 sq.ft.Suggest me the plan according to vastu. |

• Layout drawing showing the position of washbasin, sink, W.C. seats, shower, bathtub and overhead tank etc.
• Plumbing drawings which will include the network of laying of the pipes.
• Water supply and sanitary ware details.
• Bill of quantities for the whole work.
4. Structural Services:
This service will include the following:
• Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.
• Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.
• Preparation of detail estimate for the whole building.
