Not all designs would apply to all room sizes so you can choose the components of bedroom design. For example, start with a bed design that you like The link below will give you good Bed Head boards design http://www.gharexpert.com/home/show_multiple_images.aspx?Ind=9&find=Bed%20Headboard Once you have finalized the bed headboard, you can decorate the wall behind the bed and then go to ceiling and other walls.
