i want to construct a house.is it better to construct it on lump sum turnkey basis or should hire a contractor for construction only,please advice me |

Join date: May 2014 | Nowadays it is good to go with turnkey basis. Take the list from your vendor. They bear the architect and drawing charges which is also good. They provide good planning. It will save your time. They give free vastu advice with visit from experts. The rates varied as per the material you selects.

Join date: Aug 2012 | If you want good quality construction, then hire a consultant, hire a contractor for labor only, purchase all material by your own. turn key option is not good.
