If your plot in good location, then no problem go ahead, only time of festival ,you will disturb by speaker, so many people moving around temple, if temple is small then no problem The plot should not be within twice the distance of the height of the house to place like temple etc. If the distance is more than that then it is ok. The house should be at least 80 ft or more away from any temple. The gate should not face a temple and the shadow of a temple should not fall on the house. Plots near to temples have a chance to affect the inmates. Plots having temple towards its right causes material loss, on the left causes sorrow and grief and in the front it causes obstruction to develop
