Hello Jaya,
See tio that you are comfortable enough to stand and work in the Kitchen. Also Ensure enough ventilation in this Kitchen. Kitchen is the source of healthy leaving.
Try to keep the kitchen neat and clean, If it is possible to have this kitchen with a window in the east, In that case you will get a enough source of UV ray of Sun that helps a ton.
