Is it good to buy a plot with swimming pool in the south? Is it good to buy a plot whose south is in the swimming pool?

Best direction for the swimming pool is north east side of the plot. You can build the poll in north and east directions. But according to vastu, best direction is northeast.

A swimming pool in the South is a strict no. Please look for swimming pools on the North or NNE/NEE side
