Topic: What are the item excluded if i choose only labour contract.

Dear All,

What are the items(work) excluded if i choose only labour contract(with all in all) without material. Like (worker's house near by building construntion area, other supporting materials used while doing like cetring..ect).

What are the points i need to discuss with contractor before make an aggreement? (With out material by them).

I have building approval from CMDA (Chennai). I need to start work soon.

Please give me idea on this.
