just want to know what is CUM ( unit )..and who we can find this unit ..suppose how much need sand we need in foundation work..of 1000 sft..plZ just tell me about unit CUM

Dear Sohail

           The CUM unit means length x width x height i.e. if 1 meter long x 1meter wide x 1meter high = 1 cum ( cubic meter) Similaraly 1cft = 1feet long x 1feet wide x 1feet high. SFT means square feet i.e. 1feet long x 1feet wide.
