How much difference will it be in cost if i give contract only for labour without material.

for constructing 10'x10'x10' area of room, the labour charge will be 24000.

Join date: Apr 2013		Hi: The point here is not what will you save by entering into a 'labour only' contract but your competence in handling manpower, resolving day-to-day issues and technical know-how of construction. There are innumerable examples of common people who, in an attempt to save money, engage in 'without material' contracts thinking that they shall be able to accomplish all the things in a very neat manner. But it seldom happens! 

However, if you believe that you have the adequate experience, skill and acumen to enagage in construction, you should definitely go ahead. My prayers are with you :)

I suggest you take the services of a good builder in your city rather than giving a 'with material' contract to a mere contractor or going for 'without material' contracts.
