I am planning to construct home area 1250sqft. what is the labour cost in pune now days . Can u pl give the rates in pune with material & only labour charge. approx. cost for 1250sqft rcc .

Join date: May 2014 | The labour cost only for civil structure is around 150-200/Sq.ft. of the total lintel area (RCC Slab). This labour includes the wall work, plaster, Lintel, Installation of door window frames only. it does not include any finishing work like Paint, door, windows, tile and stone work, Lights, Sanitary, POP, False ceiling, Any furniture etc.
The with material costing will start from 800 to 1500.
800 - only structure. 1200 - Complete work without modular kitchen or wardrobes. Material would be ok. 1500 - Includes Modular Kitchen & wardrobes as well. Material would be the best.
It will cost you around 15 lac's per floor all inclusive in good material.

thanks jai, this 1250 sqft area in me & partner ..we plan combine construction & we build normal not super work then what you suggest us ....go with material contact ot only labour .... pl suggest u r opinion on it. | | |

Join date: May 2014 | It depends upon the vendor available in your area. Go with labour only, if you have plenty of time or with material if have no time. Take the details of all the materials he is giving in with material offer.

In my view it is better to arrange the material your self and let the work on labor rate basis.

Hi All,
I want to construct 180 sq ft area(1RK) for 3 floors.
I want to construct RCC and Slab only. I will pay labour rate to contracter and will bring material by self. I want to know what is a labour rate per sq ft for RCC and slab work in Pune.
How to calculate rcc and slab area for 3 floors including foundation, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, So I can easily calculate labour rate e.g. 3FloorsFoundationRCCandSlab area X labour rate.
How much material I will need to construct 3 floors(RCC and Slab only). Please find the attached file.
Please help me on this..

I want to construct RCC for 3 floors and after few months I want to construct walls, plastering etc.. from contracter....
